Tanya Holmes

I'm a recovering lurker who only rates and/or writes reviews for books I enjoy, however I do reserve the right to go Medieval on the "classics."

Tanya Holmes, author of THE DARKEST FROST Volumes 1 & 2, WITHIN TEMPTATION, and TEMPTATION'S EDGE

His Wicked Games - Ember Casey Nice, evenly paced erotic romance. I enjoyed the games and their interaction. It's very difficult to make a "trapped together in a house" romance entertaining, but the author pulled it off beautifully. Overall, it was a great read.
The Opportunist (Love Me With Lies, #1) - Tarryn Fisher It was a wild ride. Lot's of drama to keep the pages turning. :-)
Fighting Fate - Linda Kage One of the most beautiful love stories I've ever read. Love the romantic conflict. Kudos to the author.
Beautiful Bastard - Christina Lauren Loved the premise of this book. There just had to be something deeper beneath so much hate. LOL And there was. Great story. Interesting characters and hades hot sexual tension.
Rainwater - Sandra Brown Absolute perfection.
Captive in the Dark - C.J. Roberts Wow! What can I say? This book had me at hello. The sequel had me by the end of the first book. :-) Let's just say it was a foregone conclusion that I was going to buy it. I'm dangerously approaching fangirl territory for Ms. Roberts, so I'm going to wait a bit to read the third installment. LOL
See Lynne Chased (See Her Fall #2) - Melissa Blue Melissa Blue has such a wonderful way with words. I read See Lynne Chased in one sitting. Witty dialogue, as well as a well-rounded cast of characters made this a compelling read. Speaking of characters, Lynne, the heroine had me giggling to myself on many an occasion, and Nathan, the sexy hero was to die for. I love the self-controlled types, guys who are really wolves in sheep's clothing. Cool reserve in public, but animals behind closed doors. :-) All in all, I think Ms. Blue has penned a winner here.
